By accessing https://infratechnet.digital or engaging InfraTech Net for career-change consulting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book consultations.

2. Who we are

InfraTech Net provides employment consulting in Germany focused on career-change consulting for hospitality workers moving into office roles. Contact details appear in the site footer and on the contact page.

3. Services described on this site

Descriptions of consultations, rates, and pathways are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a booking in writing (email is sufficient) and, where applicable, you accept a written outline of scope and fees.

4. No employment guarantee

Consulting improves documents, interview readiness, and role targeting. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, salary levels, or hiring outcomes. Decisions of employers remain outside our control.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate employment history, attend scheduled sessions or cancel within the notice period stated in our refund policy, and refrain from submitting application materials that knowingly misrepresent your experience.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and original consulting frameworks remain the property of InfraTech Net. You may keep personalised documents produced for you during paid sessions for your own job search. You may not resell our templates or reproduce site content for commercial use without permission.

7. Acceptable use of the website

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive or unlawful material through forms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, InfraTech Net is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from career decisions you make after consulting. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the jurisdiction of our establishment in Schleswig-Holstein shall have venue where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future visits.
