Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid career-change consultations offered by InfraTech Net: discovery calls, document clinics, interview rehearsals, and the hospitality-to-office pathway. It does not cover goods, software subscriptions, or services we do not sell.

Eligibility for a refund

You may receive a full refund if you cancel a booked session at least 48 hours before the scheduled start and no consulting work has begun on your materials. Pathway packages are refunded for unused sessions under the rules below.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be sent to hello@infratechnet.digital within 14 days of the payment or cancelled session date, whichever is later. Include your name, booking date, and reason.

Full refunds

• Cancellation ≥ 48 hours before a single session, with no preparatory document review started.
• Duplicate payment or billing error attributable to us.
• We cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable reschedule within 14 days.

Partial refunds

For the three-session pathway (€420), if you complete one session and cancel the remainder with ≥ 48 hours notice before the next session, we refund the unused sessions minus a €40 administration fee. Completed sessions are charged at the equivalent single-session rate for discovery/clinic/interview components as applicable.

Non-refundable items

• Sessions attended in full or in substantial part.
• Document review already delivered in writing before a live clinic.
• No-shows without notice.
• Cancellations inside 48 hours, except where we agree exceptional circumstances (illness with notice, bereavement).

Deposits

When a deposit is required to hold an in-person pathway slot, it is applied to the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable inside seven days of the first session unless we cancel.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once per booking at no charge with ≥ 48 hours notice. Further reschedules may incur a €25 fee. We will reschedule without fee when we must move a session.

No-shows

If you miss a session without notice, the session fee is forfeited. Pathway clients forfeit that session’s portion; remaining sessions stay available for 90 days.

Work already started

If you shared CV drafts and we returned written markup before cancellation, the clinic fee is non-refundable even if you skip the live meeting. We will still send the markup already prepared.

Refund method & processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

How to request a refund

Email hello@infratechnet.digital with the subject “Refund request” or call +4904823526892 during business hours. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under German consumer law remain unaffected where they apply to distance contracts for services.
