About
InfraTech Net exists for people who have built real skill under restaurant clocks and hotel lobbies — and need help presenting that skill to office employers.
The practice began after years of watching capable hospitality colleagues struggle with German application norms. Floor supervisors who could rebuild a ruined service still lost interviews because their Lebenslauf read like a duty roster.
We settled in Nortorf, Schleswig-Holstein, to offer in-person sessions for local clients and video consulting for candidates elsewhere in Germany. The focus never widened into general life coaching — it stays on hospitality-to-office transitions.

Document specialist. Reviews Lebenslauf and Anschreiben drafts with an eye for German office conventions.
Client coordinator. Handles scheduling, preparation checklists, and first-response emails.
We do not treat hospitality as a “starter job” to escape with shame. The goal is translation, not erasure.
We talk about Ausbildung preferences, language expectations, and regional hiring habits in northern Germany without sugar-coating.
